X-Mas Team Gathering & The 2022 V-Idea

What a fast year it’s been! We have truly excelled in many areas at Versasec: from product development to adding human resources, from launching a new product line to expanding into new markets. Just when we think we’ve reached new frontiers, we continue to push forward to go even further. We pride ourselves on a vibrant company culture that shows up every day, loving their job. And here we are, this month celebrating our Christmas Team Gathering and the 2022 V-Idea!
Company culture was one of the main reasons I joined Versasec. I haven’t worked in any other company where company-wide staff meetings take place every other week. A meeting where our leaders are open and honest, and communicate updates from our customers, sales, and product. Along with other activities, I have the chance to enjoy the company of my colleagues all around the world.
And this is why I’m always excited for our end-of-the-year gathering and “The V idea”. This two-in-one virtual event delivers lots of laughs, fun team building across departments, and the presentation of the winning Versasec idea.
The 2022 Christmas Gathering Event
This year we received ideas mostly focused on company team building and healthy well-being, as well as product-oriented ideas. While some of them I can’t share with you because they are confidential (yes, some exciting product ideas), the others make me proud of the team we lead.
Congratulations to Kamel and Gabriela for your ideas to continue to develop Versasec Credential Management as best-in-class. Congratulations to Usama for keeping us healthy, challenged and accountable! And congratulations Yvonne for caring about our staff, new people, and those yet to come.
