We streamline support requests through our support ticket system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number; users can track progress and responses online.
Versasec now uses Zendesk: https://versasec.zendesk.com
We have recently upgraded our support portal to make use of the market leading system from Zendesk. All customers that have current Support and Maintenance contracts will receive invites by email to join the new system. If you have not yet received your invite, please contact us via the Versasec chat system or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
