Support and Maintenance

Versasec customers with an existing support and maintenance contract can access the Versasec Support Portal, offering extensive professional support and maintenance services. Having problems accessing the support portal? Please contact Versasec. The Versasec Support Portal offers a variety of services:

  • Chat: Allows customers and any site visitor to communicate directly with support engineers.
  • Support Tickets: Allows customers to generate support tickets for any issues encountered with Versasec products.
  • FAQs: Extensive questions and answers on the Versasec products.
  • Updates: Customers have direct access to product maintenance updates when they become available.

Support Portal

We streamline support requests through our support ticket system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number; users can track progress and responses online.

New Support Portal!

Versasec now uses Zendesk: https://versasec.zendesk.com

We have recently upgraded our support portal to make use of the market leading system from Zendesk. All customers that have current Support and Maintenance contracts will receive invites by email to join the new system. If you have not yet received your invite, please contact us via the Versasec chat system or by email support@versasec.com.
