Colleen’s deep understanding of the Versasec ecosystem stems from a relationship spanning nearly a decade, originating during a Silicon Valley investor delegation. Having previously consulted for the cybersecurity company on specialized HR, coaching, and team development initiatives, she now transitions to a strategic board role to support the company’s long-term vision.

Leveraging AI and Process Automation for Scale-Up Growth
As a board member, Colleen will utilize her background in operational process improvement to help Versasec navigate the rapid scaling demands of the modern cybersecurity market. A primary focus will be advising on the strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to empower the company’s global, remote-first workforce.
“I am looking at how we can build AI into regular business processes for automation, which allows our people to focus on high-impact, high-quality work,” Colleen explained. “A major challenge for any growing company is scaling too fast without the proper foundational support. My goal is to help ensure our scaling is planned and structured, providing the right support for a team spread across different countries and regions.”
